DAEWOO E&C VINA is seeking an HR Senior Specialist focusing on recruitment and training to strengthen our HR team. You will acquire top talent for our organization and manage training activities for employees, supporting head office and remote sites.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews while also planning and delivering training programs and maintaining records and certifications.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years experience in recruitment or HR assistance, preferably in construction/real estate.
• Experience with headhunting firms is preferable.
• Strong network in construction/real estate field.
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset and helpful attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition - 70%
• Develop the recruitment channels and recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, particularly in the construction and real estate sectors.
• Source candidates through various channels, including headhunting services, job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Plan and carry out events for hiring new employees if required.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
• Contribute to the enhancement of recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics as needed.
• Report on trends and prospects for the recruitment market.
• Training & Development - 30%
• Perform the necessary survey to identify the training needs among employees, and propose suitable training plan
• Manage the records of training activity, training result, and training expense, etc.
• Manage the Technical Qualifications and Certification
• Prepared training report as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR assistance, preferably within a construction or real estate company.
• Candidates with consulting experience and headhunting firm are preferrable.
• A wide network within the construction or real estate field is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping others.
