Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia is seeking a Program Manager to provide leadership and subject matter expertise for Talent and Organizational Development initiatives. You will gather information, develop plans, manage milestones, and allocate resources across projects and programs.

You will report to the Talent Management and Organizational Development Manager, and the salary grade is 15. Final offer depends on background, experience, and market data.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of experience in organization development, talent management, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Flexibility and agility to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong proficiency in MS 365 Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise for ongoing development of program areas within T&OD.
• Design, develop, and deliver training using classroom or online delivery methods; measure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish outcomes and drive action toward end-state results.
• Oversee communication strategy for T&OD programs and annual deliverables.
