Job summary

United Wireless Communications, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Germantown, MD to lead a high-performing team and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

You will oversee hiring, scheduling, training, merchandising, and overall store operations to meet company standards and sales goals. The role requires 1–3 years of retail sales/sales management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule required.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail sales and sales management required.
• Previous leadership experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Pay & Compensation:

• This is an hourly position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
• Employees are also eligible to earn uncapped commission, providing additional earning potential based on individual performance.
• Total compensation will vary based on hourly wages, sales performance, and commission earnings.
