Job summary

United Wireless is seeking a Store Leader in Waldorf, MD to drive exceptional customer experiences and manage daily store operations. You will lead a team, oversee staffing, training, and merchandising, and push for sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales and sales management.
• Proven leadership experience in a retail environment preferred.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule required.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail sales and sales management required.
• Previous leadership experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Pay & Compensation:

• This is an hourly position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
• Employees are also eligible to earn uncapped commission, providing additional earning potential based on individual performance.
• Total compensation will vary based on hourly wages, sales performance, and commission earnings.
