United Wireless in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Store Lead to work closely with the Store Manager to develop the store team and drive customer loyalty. You will coach Sales Representatives, manage wait times, stay current on products, and maintain a clean, organized environment that reflects our values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule for full-time work.

• Coach and develop Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and sales performance.

• Stay up to date on products, services, and leadership best practices.
• Provide guidance and support on sales and customer service strategies.

• Oversee visual merchandising and ensure displays meet company standards.
• Ensure compliance with retail procedures and operational guidelines.
• Help team members effectively use store systems, tools, and communications.

• Assist in controlling store expenses and managing discounts appropriately.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1-2 Years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule required for Full-Time employees.
• No prior experience is necessary.
• Passion for helping customers and providing excellent service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Pay & Compensation:

• This is an hourly position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
• Employees are also eligible to earn uncapped commission, providing additional earning potential based on individual performance.
• Total compensation will vary based on hourly wages, sales performance, and commission earnings.
