United Wireless Communications, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team and drive sales and customer satisfaction across our Maryland locations.

You will model excellence, coach staff, and ensure operations align with company standards. Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, training, inventory control, marketing, and loss prevention, while maintaining a productive, customer-focused store environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail sales and sales management.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with customer concerns when needed.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and employee development.

• Manage store inventory, merchandising, and overall operational excellence.
• Oversee marketing initiatives and ensure promotional programs are executed appropriately.

• Create an inclusive and positive environment where employees feel supported and motivated.
• Follow and enforce United Wireless policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain a productive, customer-focused, and results-driven store environment.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule required.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail sales and sales management required.
• Previous leadership experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Pay & Compensation:

• This is an hourly position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
• Employees are also eligible to earn uncapped commission, providing additional earning potential based on individual performance.
• Total compensation will vary based on hourly wages, sales performance, and commission earnings.
