Job Overview

The Retail Associate Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, delivering T-Mobile’s customer service standards and ensuring Mobile Associate success.

Job Responsibilities

1. Inspire Mobile Associates with T-Mobile’s Manifesto, focusing on customer love.
2. Ensure customer needs are met, building confidence through a simple, comfortable experience.
3. Observe and provide feedback on Mobile Associates’ customer interactions for development and coaching.
4. Manage customer wait times and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
5. Lead by example, staying updated on products and training, and ensure team meets success metrics.
6. Maintain store environment quality, adhere to visual standards, and execute retail procedures.
7. Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications, deliver financial results, and manage expenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
• Availability for varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
