Job summary

JSL Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Test and Evaluation (T&E) Lifecycle Support Engineer to advance combat system testing at Port Hueneme, CA.

You will support CSSQTs, ship qualification tests, SITs, and fleet exercises, coordinating with government stakeholders and shipboard personnel to ensure readiness and mission success. Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance (SECRET).
• Ability to work on-site at Port Hueneme, CA (PHD) or Wallops Island, VA as assigned.
• Experience supporting technical planning, execution, analysis, documentation, or reporting for combat/weapon systems or similar test events.
• Ability to coordinate with shipboard personnel, government stakeholders, and test-event participants.
• Ability to develop clear written inputs, briefings, status updates, and post-event documentation.
• MS Office proficiency for technical documentation and schedule tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support CSSQTs, CSSD/SSDS land-based testing, SITs, and Fleet exercises.
• Contribute to the development of T&E strategies and participate in program reviews.
• Participate in TEMP/T&E Strategy Working Groups, Requirements Working Groups, and test planning panels.
• Gather and evaluate test-event requirements and align objectives with program goals.
• Prepare and present test scenarios, integrate modeling and simulation results, and coordinate certification.
• Provide readiness status updates through SITREPs and status briefs.
• Coordinate communications among ship's force, test participants, and test lead.
