Job summary

JSL Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Test and Evaluation (T&E) Lifecycle Support Engineer to support planning, execution, analysis, and reporting for Navy combat and weapon system test events conducted onboard ships and at shore sites, including CSSQTs, SITs, and interoperability events.

The role is based on-site at Wallops Island, VA (with potential work at Port Hueneme, CA) and involves coordinating with shipboard personnel, government stakeholders, and test-team members to develop

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance (Secret)
• Ability to work on-site at Wallops Island, VA or Port Hueneme, CA
• Experience supporting test events for combat/weapon systems
• Ability to coordinate with shipboard personnel and stakeholders
• Ability to develop written inputs, briefings, and technical reports
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintaining technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, analysis, and reporting for Navy test events.
• Develop test objectives aligned with program goals and review process.
• Prepare scenario packages and integrate modeling and simulation results into test planning.
• Prepare and present briefings; track actions, milestones, and metrics.
• Coordinate readiness reviews and event-status reporting.
• Address issues and lessons learned from test events.
