Job summary

JSL Technologies, Inc. in Port Hueneme, CA is seeking a Test and Evaluation (T&E) Lifecycle Support Engineer to support CSSQTs, development T&E, and fleet exercises aboard ships and at land-based test sites.

The role requires coordinating with shipboard personnel, SMEs, and government customers to define objectives, plan scenarios, and deliver readiness assessments; on-site work in CA and VA as needed; DoD security clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting technical planning, execution, analysis, and reporting for combat or shipboard test events.
• Ability to coordinate with shipboard personnel, SMEs, government stakeholders, and test participants.
• Proficient in documenting readiness, status updates, and post-event reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support CSSQTs, development T&E, SSDS testing, SITs, and fleet exercises.
• Develop T&E strategies and participate in program reviews and IPTRs.
• Prepare test objectives, scenarios, and scenario certification packages.
• Present briefings, track actions, and coordinate with test-team stakeholders.
• Analyze data, prepare SITREPs, and support issue resolution.
• Maintain TOR database and document issues.
