Job summary

JSL Technologies, Inc. seeks Test and Evaluation (T&E) Lifecycle Support Engineer to support planning, execution, analysis, and reporting for Navy combat and weapon system test events aboard ships and at shore sites.

The role covers CSSQTs, developmental T&E, SSDS testing, SITs, and Fleet exercises, requiring coordination with shipboard personnel and government stakeholders to ensure readiness and success.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance (Secret).
• Ability to work on-site at Wallops Island, VA or Port Hueneme, CA (PHD).
• Experience supporting planning, execution, analysis, documentation, or reporting for combat system, weapon system, shipboard, shore-site, or similar technical test events.
• Ability to coordinate with shipboard personnel, combat system technical SMEs, Government stakeholders, and test-event participants.
• Ability to develop clear written inputs, briefings, status updates, technical reports, lessons learned, and post-event documentation.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products and maintain accurate technical, schedule, action-item, and issue-tracking documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support CSSQTs, developmental T&E, SSDS testing, SITs, post-delivery test and trials, interoperability events, and Fleet exercises.
• Develop T&E strategies and participate in program reviews and in-process reviews.
• Participate in and provide input to WIPTs and working groups (TEMP/T&E Strategy, Requirements, Test Objective, Scenario, Test Plan, Scenario Certification).
• Gather and evaluate test-event requirements, develop objectives aligned with program goals, and support review/approval of objectives.
• Investigate/test designs, develop scenarios, prepare scenario packages, and coordinate scenario finalization and certification.
• Prepare and present briefings, track actions, milestones, and coordinate with test-team stakeholders.
