Job summary

JSL Technologies, Inc. invites applications for a Test and Evaluation (T&E) Lifecycle Support Engineer to support planning, execution, analysis, and reporting for Navy combat and weapon system test events onboard ships and at shore sites.

The role involves coordinating with shipboard personnel, SMEs, and government stakeholders, developing test objectives, and preparing briefings and SITREPs to track progress and readiness. Candidates should be eligible for U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at Secret level.
• On-site work at Wallops Island, VA or Port Hueneme, CA (PHD).
• Experience supporting technical planning, execution, analysis, documentation, or reporting for combat system/weapon system test events.
• Ability to coordinate with shipboard personnel, combat system SMEs, Government stakeholders, and test-event participants.
• Ability to develop clear written inputs, briefings, status updates, technical reports, lessons learned, and post-event documentation.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products and maintain accurate technical, schedule, action-item, and issue-tracking documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support CSSQTs, developmental T&E, SSDS land-based testing, SITs, and fleet exercises.
• Develop T&E strategies and participate in reviews.
• Participate in and provide input to working groups (TEMP/T&E Strategy, Requirements, Test Objective, Scenario).
• Gather and evaluate test-event requirements and align objectives with program goals.
• Investigate test designs, develop scenarios, integrate modeling and simulation into test planning.
• Prepare and present briefings, track actions and milestones, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support readiness reviews and event-status reporting through SITREPs.
