Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Project Manager for its Bloomington, MN office to manage substation and pipeline projects. This role involves coordinating work from concept to completion while driving business development in the T&D practice.

A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and seven years of utility project experience are required. The compensation ranges from $140,000 to $300,000 annually, including bonus eligibility. Benefits include a 401(k) program and comprehensive insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of utility project experience.
• At least three years of project management experience.
• Professional Engineering (PE) registration preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of work related to projects.
• Prepare proposals and participate in contract negotiations.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and costs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client coordination.
• Report regularly on project progress and metrics.
