Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (ABET-accredited preferred).
• Strong track record leading teams on multi-project programs.
• Experience with substation, transmission, or distribution projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and achieve critical project objectives.
• Ensure safety, quality, and profitability of projects.
• Manage projects from concept to completion with siting, permitting, planning, procurement, and risk management.
• Coordinate with the project team across regional/branch offices to deliver client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Support development of business plan and profitable growth.
• Develop and implement project controls and report progress, costs, risks.
• Account management for key regional clients and staff development.
