SaniSure LLC in Camarillo, CA is seeking a hands-on Director of Planning & Scheduling to own and optimize manufacturing planning using Infor CloudSuite Industrial/Syteline. You will lead the SIOP process, develop master production schedules, and partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to balance demand and supply.

Responsibilities include monitoring SIOP KPIs, reviewing safety stock, leading lead time reviews, and troubleshooting bottlenecks.

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in planning/scheduling within manufacturing or operations.
• Hands-on Infor CloudSuite Industrial/Syteline scheduling experience with strong MRP knowledge.
• Deep understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP/SIOP processes.
• Strong ERP aptitude and proficiency with Excel and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Own the monthly SIOP process and drive decisions across functions and leadership.
• Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity to balance supply and demand.
• Develop and maintain master production schedules aligned with objectives and commitments.
• Monitor SIOP KPIs and lead time reviews; identify and address bottlenecks and variances.
• Lead planning process documentation, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
