Job summary

Main Line Talent Group is seeking a Director of Planning & Scheduling for a remote role with a multinational manufacturing client. The incumbent will own and optimize forecasting, SIOP, and master scheduling using Infor CloudSuite/Syteline, working with Sales, Operations, and Quality to balance demand and supply.

You will lead the SIOP process end-to-end, set planning standards, monitor KPIs, and guide executive leadership on capacity strategy, risk, and process maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience with demand forecasting and SIOP/SOP processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly SIOP process, coordinating across sales, operations, finance, and leadership.
• Analyze demand forecasts, inventory, and capacity to balance supply and demand.
• Develop and maintain master production schedules aligned with commitments.
• Monitor SIOP KPIs and reporting for on-time delivery and stock targets.
• Troubleshoot planning bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor planning personnel and set organizational standards.
