Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Mason, OH or Yorba Linda, CA seeks a Senior Specialist Production Planning - SIOP Leader to drive demand planning and master scheduling. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure schedules align with program deliverables and IMS milestones.

The position requires experience in aerospace/defense, ERP/MRP proficiency, and Power BI usage, with up to 10% travel and a strategic mindset for project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 6 years of related experience; graduate degree with 4+ years; or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience in demand planning and master scheduling in aerospace/defense.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP, data analysis, and dashboard tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand data collection from multiple sources to support decision-making.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings for data consolidation.
• Develop and maintain 18–24 month demand plans.
• Align supplier schedules with IMS milestones and program deliverables.
• Create reports, metrics, and dashboards to monitor SIOP execution.
• Coach other functions on supply chain planning best practices.
