Hudson Regional Health seeks a System Stroke Program Coordinator (RN) to provide centralized operational leadership for design, implementation, and certification readiness of the system stroke programs. You will lead preparation, on-site execution, and post-survey corrective-action processes for DNV stroke certification across Hoboken, Bayonne, and Secaucus campuses.

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted RN license in New Jersey or eligibility before start date.
BSN required; advanced degree preferred.
At least 5 years of progressive acute-care nursing experience.
Experience in stroke, emergency, critical care, or neuroscience.
Ability to lead interdisciplinary improvement initiatives and manage projects.

Responsabilités

Own and maintain system stroke program workplan, governance calendar, milestone tracker, risk register, and site dashboards.
Lead multidisciplinary stroke steering and site workgroups; coordinate engagement and deadlines.
Standardize policies, order sets, workflows, and documentation while preserving site capabilities.
Collaborate with Quality, Patient Safety, Accreditation, ED, ICU, Nursing, Neurology, and IT/EHR.
Provide monthly executive updates and elevate risks to leaders.
