Job summary

Cullman County Board of Education is seeking an Elementary Language (EL) Teacher to support systemwide programs and ensure compliance with grant-funded and state-imposed goals. This role requires Alabama teaching certification, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers and administrators.

Qualifications

• Valid Alabama Teacher Certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• Ability to meet suitability criteria under Alabama Child Protection Act and related laws.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills to maximize student achievement.
• Ability to develop and implement curriculum for designated grades/subjects.
• Ability to use technology to communicate, plan/instruct, manage data, and produce reports.

• Implements prescribed curriculum with varied teaching methods to meet objectives.

• Organizes materials, displays and classroom setup to support learning.
• Monitors progress with ongoing assessments and uses data for planning.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to professional standards.
