Job summary

Integris is hiring a Systems Technician to provide frontline technical support for personal computers, printers, and Windows applications. You will be the first point of contact via email or the client portal, with on-site work required at least two days per week and remote work on other days, handling the call queue.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in service-related IT, basic infrastructure skills, a valid driver’s license, and A+ or O365 Fundamentals credentials.

Qualifications

• Possession of A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage service intake via email and the client portal.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting for non complex issues in single-user environments.
• Document troubleshooting activities in the ticketing system.
• Support Professional Services with client onsite deployment as needed.
• Adhere to established client support documentation.
• Be onsite at least two days per week and handle the call queue on other days.

Job Summary

The role of the Integris Systems Technician ST is responsible for providing frontline technical support for single end user level issues encompassing personal computer printer and Windows application matters The Systems Technician serves as the initial point of contact for client technical assistance managing inquiries received through email or the client portal The ST may execute their responsibilities from the service desk or the field Shift 8 5P must be able to go onsite minimum two days a week and work in the call queue the remaining days
