Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Systems Technical Lead to enable large-scale, computer-based training for Army commanders and battlestaffs. You will ensure integration of simulation platforms with real-world systems and deliver realistic training environments across levels of command.

The role requires 5+ years in military training and MCiS support, plus hands-on experience with system enhancements, networking, and DoD configurations. Security clearance is required.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with Military training and training support
• 5+ years of experience in integrating training environments, planning architectures, and stimulation of Army Mission Command Information Systems (MCiS) in support of unit training events and distributed exercises

• Knowledge of JLCCTC applications or equivalent constructive simulation tools

• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
