Training Facilitator

As a trainer on our team, you'll provide in-person and hybrid instruction for our government partners through live, virtual, and gaming instruction. You'll showcase your technical expertise and industry knowledge, and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you will be armed with the resources you need to excel, including tools, systems, sites, and customer support.
Be empowered to tap into your creative thinking, influencing, technology, intuition, and leadership experience to develop, manage, and deliver training using Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Design Thinking, the ADDIE model, and Merrill's Principles of Instruction to create learning objectives, ensuring a variety of learning styles for learners' needs. You'll use training materials, resources, media, technology, and delivery to cultivate a learning environment that actively promotes learner engagement. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
