PrismHR is seeking a System Support Associate to deliver technical support, system administration, and operational excellence across core platforms within a PEO environment. You will help optimize HR, payroll, tax, and benefits applications while mentoring the support team and ensuring consistent service.

• Familiarity with system administration, reporting, data management, and workflows.
• Ability to document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps clearly.
• Experience supporting HR, payroll, or benefits related systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with user access, reporting, workflows, and data maintenance.
• Manage user accounts and security roles across systems.
• Troubleshoot Tier 1 system/app issues and support dashboards.
• Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of employee and client data.
