Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of formal hardware or software support experience.
• Prefer degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk & triage support for end-user computing and software applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security roles.
• Assist with system upgrades, implementations, and maintenance for Yardi, RENT Café, and related systems.
• Log, track, and escalate support requests following SLAs.
