Job summary

Central Florida Behavioral Health Network (CFBHN) is seeking a Systems Support Analyst to manage information systems and IT initiatives, ensuring reliable operations across hardware, software, voice, data, imaging and licensing.

The role supports end users, maintains SharePoint and Active Directory services, and collaborates with teams to implement security and backup standards while balancing multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field.
• Two years of experience with IT infrastructure development or an acceptable education/experience mix.
• A+, Network+, Security+ preferred.
• Implement and maintain corporate infrastructure including hardware, software, voice, data, imaging and licensing ensuring continuous systems availability.
• Assist with LAN security to ensure HIPAA and funder compliance.
• Complete user setups including hardware, software and systems access, providing technical support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and enhance the SharePoint system.
• Utilize systems analysis tools to determine hardware, software or system specifications.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure development, standards, and protocols.
• Strong knowledge of IT security and backup standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting and user support abilities.
• In-depth understanding of data systems development.
• Provide backup to the Senior System Administrator.
• Good understanding of Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange.
• Support user technical experience (PCs, phones, applications).
• Maintain/install/recommend user equipment and software.
• Support other functional areas of CFBHN.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite as applicable.
• Ability to travel as required.

The Systems Support Analyst is responsible for managing information systems and information technology initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Associate's degree in a related field
• Two years of experience with information technology infrastructure development or an acceptable combination of education and experience
• A+, Network+, Security+ preferred
• Implement and maintain corporate infrastructure, including hardware, software, voice, data, imaging and licensing, assuring continuous systems availability
• Assist with LAN security to ensure compliance with HIPAA and funder requirements
• Complete user setups including hardware, software and systems access, providing technical support and troubleshooting as required
• Maintain and enhance the Share point system
• Utilize systems analysis tools, techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system function specifications
• Exceptional knowledge of information technology infrastructure development, standards and protocols
• Exceptional knowledge of information technology security and backup standards
• Excellent ability to troubleshoot systems and provide technical assistance
• In-depth understanding of data systems development
• Provide backup to the Senior System administrator
• Good understanding of CFBHN's Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange
• Support the user technical experience (PC's Phones, applications, etc.)
• Maintain/ recommend/ install/ user equipment and software
• Support the other functional areas of CFBHN
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines
