The Systems Engineering team at Nutanix is a dynamic and collaborative group based in Ohio. The team is dedicated to providing innovative solutions to clients by leveraging a strong foundation in technical expertise and exceptional soft skills. You will report to the Manager of Systems Engineering, who emphasizes a supportive and nurturing leadership style. The manager is committed to developing junior team members by focusing on their innate capabilities and providing ample mentorship for professional growth. This role will operate in a remote setup, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in Ohio, with no mandatory office attendance required.
The travel requirements for this role are minimal, with an expectation of traveling approximately 1 to 2 days a week, equating to around 20-25% of the time. Travel will primarily be within the territory for client engagement, support, and event-based opportunities.
Your Role
What You Will Bring
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $165,200 and USD $247,800 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement; however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
