Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years professional experience in software quality assurance, software testing, systems analysis, application support, or related IT field.
• Experience developing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts with documented results.
• Experience identifying, reproducing, troubleshooting, and documenting software, data, or business-process issues.
• Experience preparing technical or procedural documentation.
• Experience providing technical assistance or customer support to system users.
