Perform business and gap analysis
Translate current MIS functionality into system requirements
Track and report project milestones
Identify and escalate risks and issues
Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment
Minimum Required Experience (10+ Years):
Business analysis including requirements elicitation & documentation
Knowledge of Project Management Framework
Functional specifications and requirements documentation
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Accuracy in documenting regulatory/system requirements
