AKAM Living Services, Inc. in New York, NY seeks a Business Systems & Project Analyst to lead enterprise system implementations and ongoing improvements. This execution-focused role coordinates across S&T, business stakeholders and vendors to move initiatives from planning through rollout and adoption.

The position supports both organic growth and acquisition integration, while strengthening documentation, adoption and training. UAT, milestone setting and scalable playbooks are key.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems, technology implementation or related roles.
• Experience coordinating software implementations across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand business processes to coordinate implementation activities.
• Experience with UAT, training, rollout and user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of approved system implementations, enhancements and rollouts.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, action items and status reporting.
• Coordinate activities across S&T, business stakeholders, vendors and other project participants.
• Facilitate project meetings and drive follow-up on decisions and action items.
• Identify and escalated risks, dependencies, delays and issues.
• Coordinate implementation readiness, go-live and post-launch activities.
• Support systems-related M&A integrations, migrations and rollouts.
• Develop and maintain training materials and user guides.
• Coordinate and deliver system training for new implementations and enhancements.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs and implementation records.
• Help develop repeatable implementation and rollout playbooks.
