Job summary

APTIM seeks an experienced IT Business Analyst – Project Systems & Digital Delivery to guide project systems and digital delivery initiatives. You will bridge project teams, controls, and technology to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.

You will influence enterprise-wide project delivery processes and help shape governance, platforms, and data management across engineering, environmental, and construction projects. This role supports proposal strategies and differentiators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and lifecycles.
• Experience with software implementations, process improvements, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, implement, and optimize project systems and digital delivery solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams and vendors to define integrations and data exchanges.
• Lead or support software testing, including UAT and test scripts.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
• Document processes, decisions, configurations, and outcomes.
