Job summary

City of Tallahassee is seeking an ERP Support System Analyst to help deliver reliable technology for municipal operations. You will support the City's HR and financial management systems, resolve issues, and maximize system functionality to serve residents and staff.

You will collaborate with departments and IT teams to test enhancements, create reports, train users, and communicate planned maintenance and major initiatives that advance the City's mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for the City's HR and financial management systems, helping employees resolve issues and maximize system functionality.
• Partner with departments to identify opportunities for process improvements, implement new system features, and support successful adoption through training and documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams and end users to test system enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality before implementation.
• Create reports and assist with data analysis to help departments access the information they need to support business operations.
• Support system-related projects and help communicate planned maintenance, outages, and major system initiatives across the organization.
