Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a ServiceNow Engineer to join our IT team. This role administers and maintains the ServiceNow platform, manages user access, groups, roles and permissions, and resolves Level 3 incidents.

Strong ServiceNow JavaScript development and REST API experience are required. You'll collaborate with engineering to deliver platform enhancements, ensure compliance, performance and best practices, and implement automation through the ServiceNow Request Catalog.

Qualifications

• CSA and CAD certifications are required.
• Strong ServiceNow JavaScript development skills.
• Experience with REST API integrations.
• Hands-on experience managing users, groups, roles and instance configuration.
• Experience configuring tables, forms, lists, fields and dictionary entries.
• Experience reviewing ServiceNow code and working with Jira.
• Ability to provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot platform issues.

Responsibilities

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a ServiceNow Engineer

Position type: Full-time (Contract)

Duration: 9 Months (Possi. Conv.)

Location: Charlotte NC, CIC / Los Colinos, TX / Chandler, AZ (3 Days onsite)

As a ServiceNow Engineer,you will:

• Administer and maintain theServiceNowplatform
• Manage user access, groups, roles, and permissions
• Resolve Level 3ServiceNowincidents
• Design and implement automation for access and group management through theServiceNowRequest Catalog
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver platform enhancements
• Ensure platform compliance, performance, and best practices

The ideal candidate will have:

• ActiveServiceNowCertified System Administrator (CSA)
• ActiveServiceNowCertified Application Developer (CAD)
• StrongServiceNowJavaScript development skills
• Experience with REST API integrations
• Hands-on experience managing users, groups, roles, and instance configuration
• Experience configuring tables, forms, lists, fields, and dictionary entries
• Experience reviewingServiceNowcode
• Experience managing stories in Jira
• Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and provide Level 3 support

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Pay Range*: $65- $72 per hour
