Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Consultant - Innovation Labs Coordinator in Chandler, AZ to manage lab requests, gather requirements, and coordinate onboarding and delivery. You will liaise with engineers, track lifecycle stages, and ensure compliance with policies and processes.

Business Systems Consultant - Innovation Labs Coordinator - Information Technology

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Systems Consultant - Innovation Labs Coordinator

Position Type: Full-time (Contract)

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Chandler, AZ

As a Business Systems Consultant - Innovation Labs Coordinator you will:

• Manage Innovation Labs requests from intake through close-out, serving as the primary point of contact for innovation teams.
• Conduct lab consultations, facilitate discovery sessions, and gather business and technical requirements.
• Partner with lab engineers to assess innovation viability and coordinate environment onboarding and delivery
• Coordinate approval activities and track requests through all stages of the lifecycle
• Monitor provisioning activities, support ticket resolution, and customer communications.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and knowledge content using Confluence and other approved tools.
• Ensure compliance with Innovation Labs policies, processes, and operational standards.
• Participate in application enhancements, testing, release activities, and process improvement initiatives
• Assist with operational reporting, metrics collection, and status reporting
• Support stakeholder engagement, communications, and promotional efforts

Skills and Qualifications

• Multifaceted Business Systems Analyst / Innovation Coordinator who can support different needs across the Innovation Lab.
• Worked in a technology environment and can balance requirements gathering, coordination, communication, reporting, and operational responsibilities
• Needs strong organizational skills and attention to detail to stay on top of lab onboarding processes, meetings, documentation, follow-ups, and communications
• Responsible for managing expectations and communicating effectively between applicants’/project teams, engineers, and the broader innovation team.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Salary Range*: $40 to $46Per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
