Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking a Systems Operations Administrator II to support an enterprise security management system. The role reports to the Systems Operations Program Manager and handles ID card processing, access control requests, reporting, and user training.

Required are a high school diploma, at least 1 year of customer service and data entry, and strong Windows/MS Office skills with good communication. Some travel may be required; security clearance to Secret with potential Top Secret/SCI is

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of general customer service experience.
  • 1 year of clerical and data entry experience.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Applications/Programs.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to perform work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Overview:

The Systems Operations Administrator reports to the Systems Operations Program Manager and performs specialized systems administrative functions in support of an enterprise integrated security management system and provides customer support services to system users, employees, and visitors.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Processes applicants for ID cards.
  • Processes ID card applications.
  • Processes access control requests.
  • Prepares system generated reports.
  • Prepare status reports.
  • Provides training.
  • Updates files.
  • Identifies and resolves basic ID card problems.
  • Identifies and resolves basic access control problems.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Supervisory responsibilities are not anticipated.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Applications/Programs.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to perform work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Security Clearance:

  • Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
