Job summary

Williams Bros. Health Care Pharmacy is seeking a skilled IT professional to configure, install, and maintain the corporate network, systems, and security infrastructure.

You will work with internal teams to ensure high availability and reliable IT services across the organization. The role includes designing networks, supporting SANs and servers, and maintaining security controls, with a focus on proactive problem solving and clear user communications.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting end users and customers in a technical role.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets with clear root-cause communication.
• Ability to translate user requirements into technical specs and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Configures, installs and maintains all elements of the corporate network and ensures high availability.
• Designs and deploys networks across LAN/WAN and supports SANs, servers, and security infrastructure.
• Monitors and maintains network security, performance, and disaster recovery procedures.
