Job summary

Williams Bros. Health Care Pharmacy is seeking a Systems Administrator for an on-site, full-time role in Washington. You will configure, monitor, and maintain the corporate network and systems, supporting end users and ensuring high availability across devices and services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or higher required.
• Demonstrated experience with desktop, network and hardware support.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install and maintain the corporate network and systems.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and manage helpdesk tickets.
• Design and deploy network solutions and ensure security.
• Provide on-site IT support during standard hours with on-call rotation.
• Coordinate with vendors and document technical solutions.
