Job summary

Williams Bros Pharmacy is seeking an experienced IT professional to configure and maintain the company network, including voice, data, security, data storage, computing and mobility assets. You will work with internal and external parties to ensure high availability of all systems.

The role includes end-user support, network design and security, server maintenance, disaster recovery planning and on-call rotation, with standard Monday–Friday business hours.

Qualifications

• Supports End Users and Customers in a positive, helpful and proactive manner.
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users. Resolves helpdesk tickets as assigned and communicates with end users to inform and educate them about root cause and the problem solution.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install and maintain all elements of the corporate network.
• Design and deploy networks to meet user requirements.
• Maintain network and system security and availability.
• Monitor networks and servers; perform security updates and patches.
• Develop disaster recovery and back-up procedures.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
