Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or closely related field.
• 14+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with MBSE modeling tools.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience leading a team of engineers to deliver mission systems capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Make complex software and hardware design decisions for mission processing capabilities.
• Lead capability integration team (software, hardware, test) to release capabilities to the customer.
• Create and scope mission features from system level requirements to high level software requirements.
• Analyze and translate customer requirements into system, hardware and software designs.
• Define interfaces to ensure compatibility with platform architecture and inter-subsystem interoperability.
• Utilize MBSE for requirements development, interfaces definition, and traceability.
• Test and validate system functionality and performance against requirements.
• Present design change recommendations to leadership and customer.
