Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking a Ground Systems Integration Engineer (Experienced or Senior) to support an Air Dominance Fixed Wing program. You will lead MBSE-driven design, integration, and testing of advanced, cloud-based mission planning and C2 systems for ground platforms.

Role involves MBSE artifact development, collaboration with customers, and cross-disciplinary integration in an on-site office setting. Requires active U.S. Secret clearance and availability for first shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical) or related fields.
• 5+ years with Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years with Master’s for Level 3/4.
• Experience developing or integrating avionics or ground systems.
• Experience in requirements development, design and modeling, or SIL/HIL test planning/execution.
• Interest in MBSE and system development environments.

Responsibilities

• MBSE implementation for ground systems design artifacts (requirements, verification, interfaces, architecture).
• Collaborate with customers to document complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
• Translate requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interfaces.
• Support lab and verification testing to ensure designs meet requirements.
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot in simulated and real tests.
• Coordinate with software, hardware, and product security to ensure integration.
