Clark Construction seeks a Systems Manager - OCS to drive engineering principles across the construction lifecycle from our McLean, VA office. You will work with project, field, and prefabrication teams to ensure design integrity and timely delivery of OCS structures.

The role requires 5–15 years in OCS construction or design, strong leadership, and the ability to travel for project needs. A PE license is preferred, with extensive coordination across multiple projects and disciplines.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering required.
• PE license preferred or ability to obtain.
• 5–15 years in OCS construction, design, or operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed for projects.

Mansioni

• Directly collaborate with project, field, and prefabrication management teams.
• Perform site surveys across all project phases.
• Provide accurate material takeoffs for the project.
• Review submittal data for conformance to specs.
• Coordinate RFIs with Engineer-of-Record and design teams.
• Lead design and review of OCS structures and components.
• Monitor field installation and resolve on-site issues.
• Provide weekly scope/status updates to project staff.
