Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking an OFCI Manager to oversee the lifecycle of Owner-provided equipment at mission-critical sites. You will coordinate with Client procurement, equipment vendors, and onsite MEP trades to ensure timely delivery, installation, and energization with no delay to the critical path.

The role requires hands-on site work, strong technical Vetting, and leadership for Level 3/4 testing and integration with client monitoring systems.

Qualifications

• Electrical: MV/LV Switchgear, UPS, STS, Generators expertise.
• Mechanical: Chilled Water Systems, Cooling Towers, CRAH/CRAC, DCIM integration.
• Software: BIM 360/Procore and scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Logistics Tracking: maintain Master Equipment Log and coordinate Just-In-Time deliveries.
• Technical Vetting: review submittals and shop drawings for footprint, weight and connection points.
• QA/QC & Receiving: lead in-process inspections and verify contents including manuals and spares.
• Vendor Management: act as onsite contact for vendor technicians during installation and startup phases.
• Schedule Integration: align equipment lead times and commissioning windows with the construction schedule.
• Risk Mitigation: identify gap items required for installation not provided by Owner/Subcontractor.
• VDC/BIM Integration: participate in VDC meetings to align physical builds with design models.
• Custom Skids & Containerized Solutions: manage receipt of Power Skids and prefab cooling blocks.
• Proprietary Asset Tracking: track serial numbers from factory to data hall floor.
• Cx Leadership: drive Level 3 and Level 4 testing to ensure integration with customer monitoring systems.
• Warranty & Spares Lifecycle: oversee hand-off of capital spares to Operations.
