Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Project Manager, Technology Systems (Construction Management) to lead administrative and technical management of complex technology system implementations on our construction projects. The role requires overseeing contracts, schedule adherence, and collaborating with owners, designers, and subcontractors.

The position is based in McLean, VA, with travel to various sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Certifications such as BICSI, ASIS, CTS are a plus.
• 5–7 years construction management experience required.
• Experience with large-scale, complex technology systems in commercial construction preferred.
• Proven ability to lead projects from start to finish.
• Skilled at negotiating and developing relationships with owners and subcontractors.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience; strong leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication; technology passion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract administration including change orders, submittals, and procurement.
• Provide technical oversight and manage the implementation and integration of all technology systems.
• Lead project meetings to ensure the project remains on schedule.
• Provide general administrative and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project records, monitor correspondence, and supervise close-out.
• Motivate, train, and develop direct reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, design teams, and general contractors.
