Job summary

You will oversee contract administration, lead the project team, and ensure timely delivery of complex technology systems across locations, with travel to active sites as needed. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in construction management, and can supervise staff while coordinating with owners, designers, and general contractors.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 5-7 years construction management experience.
• Experience with large-scale technology systems in commercial construction preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all contract administration activities, including change orders, submittals, and procurement.
• Provide technical oversight and manage the implementation and integration of all technology systems.
• Lead and manage the project team by scheduling and facilitating project meetings to keep on schedule.
• Provide general administrative and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain all project records, monitor correspondence, and supervise the close-out process.
