The role involves coordinating trouble calls, statewide travel, and maintaining ticket records, while installing and repairing hardware and software and ensuring compliance with statewide standards.

Qualifications

General working knowledge of infrastructure technologies.
Knowledge of various software applications, their functionalities, and how to troubleshoot common software problems.

Responsibilities

Coordinates resolution of trouble calls with IT entities and customers.
Travels statewide to perform duties as needed.
Maintains accurate records of repairs in the ticketing system.
Installs, configures, and repairs hardware and software components, including peripherals.
Works with agency hardware, software and security teams to ensure compliance with statewide standards.
Maintains yearly educational compliance through ADOT's Learning program.
