Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a professional for system integration and test engineering. The role involves planning, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining integration efforts for in-house and COTS/GOTS components, subsystems, and systems.

You will synthesize customer needs into test solutions while considering technical constraints, schedules, and costs. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive test plans, coordinating testing with programs, and preparing detailed evaluation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 6–8 years of related experience in test/operations.
• US citizen with ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading AI&T on complex high-value hardware projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain system integration efforts.
• Synthesize customer needs into test solutions considering schedule and cost.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems.
• Coordinate testing activities with programs and other organizations.
• Prepare evaluation reports to verify and validate system performance.
