Job summary

Golden Star Technology (GST) is seeking a Systems Integration Technician to diagnose, repair, and deploy enterprise hardware across diverse sectors. The role involves hands-on assembly, testing, and integration of servers, storage, and network gear.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT hardware support, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with Windows/Office. Occasional overtime and driving required in Cerritos, CA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with enterprise IT hardware support/repair/deployments.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise OEM equipment (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Intel).
• Proficiency with Windows and Office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, upgrade enterprise hardware (servers, workstations, storage, network gear).
• Configure, integrate, test, and validate customer solutions.
• Install/upgrade hardware components (CPUs, memory, SSDs/HDDs, RAID, NICs, PSUs).
• Perform QA testing, system validation, and deployment readiness checks.
• Support rack integration, server deployment, and data center projects.
• Assist with installations in server rooms, IDF/MDF environments, and data centers.
• Review OEM documentation and research replacement components.
• Document configurations, repairs, testing, and inventory updates.
