Job summary

Golden Star Technology (GST) in Cerritos, California, is seeking a skilled Systems Integration Technician to diagnose, repair, configure, test, and deploy enterprise hardware for diverse customers, including government, education, healthcare, and commercial sectors.

You will join GST’s Service Department, working with OEM partners such as HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco and Intel to perform server builds, rack integration, hardware deployment, and data center operations with emphasis on safety, quality,

Qualifications

3+ years of experience repairing, integrating, or deploying enterprise IT hardware.
Hands-on experience with HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Intel or similar OEM equipment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade enterprise hardware including servers and storage.
Configure, test, and validate customer-specific technology solutions.
Install and upgrade CPUs, memory, SSDs/HDDs, NICs, and power supplies.
Perform QA testing and deployment readiness checks.
Support rack integration and data center infrastructure projects.
Document configurations, repairs, testing and inventory updates.
