Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Systems Integration & Support Engineer based at a U.S. Government facility in Bethesda, MD to design, configure, and troubleshoot Linux-based, virtualized, and containerized systems supporting sonar TDAs for Navy applications.

You will implement VMs, Bash scripts, and Kubernetes-based deployments, with Ansible automation and network troubleshooting as core duties within a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 1 year of hands-on Linux/networked systems experience.
• Strong Linux and command-line troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain software applications and system components in Linux-based environments.
• Create and manage Virtual Machines for deployment and testing.
• Develop Bash scripts for admin and troubleshooting tasks.
• Deploy and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes.
• Automate configuration, deployment, and maintenance with Ansible.
• Diagnose and resolve system hardware/software/network issues.
