Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team in Massachusetts. You will contribute to deploying IDEMIA’s Enterprise ID solutions across on-prem and cloud environments, while engaging with customers to explain technical requirements and solutions.

The role involves hands-on deployment, scripting, documentation, and training, with travel to customer sites up to 25%. Strong Windows, Java, and AWS experience are essential, along with PKI and network infrastructure knowledge.

Qualifications

• 4 years Windows Administration – Server and workstation.
• 3 years in a customer facing role.
• 3 years working with Java applications.
• 2 years deploying applications in AWS.
• Basic Linux administration.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure components (Active Directory/LDAP, DNS, Networking, DHCP).
• Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Must be a sole US citizen without dual citizenship.
• Must be able to pass background screening requirements including criminal history, education, credit, and drug screen as well as obtain any required program specific credentials and certifications.
• Excellent Customer oriented communication skills
• Goal oriented and results driven
• Strong team building skills – able to mentor less experienced
• Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Needs to be comfortable reaching out for assistance
• Needs to be able to remain positive even though he may not have all the answers
• Must be able to pass background checks for multiple states
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. moving computer equipment
• Must be able to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities
