Job summary

Benchmark is seeking a System Integration/Assembly professional in Minnesota (Rochester) for hands-on preparation and assembly of systems. You will verify kits, document batch data, and ensure components meet documented specifications in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves heavy mechanical assembly, adherence to routings, and quality emphasis. Shift: M-Th 05:30–16:00; safety-sensitive position with potential overtime and 24/7 support as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of System Integration experience.
• Ability to perform repair or test.
• Some heavy mechanical assembly work.
• Demonstrate good component recognition skills.
• Understanding of basic computer skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work with diverse groups.
• Participate in a continuous improvement activity.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Accesses paperwork and drawings for each job assignment.
• Verifies kits, enters Batch lot information, packages and labels items.
• Uses mats and required tooling.
• Checks equipment to ensure proper performance.
• Follows routings and process instructions under supervision.
• May assemble system integration subassemblies.
• Notifies leadership of outages.
• Enters data into PFS and links subassemblies to final unit.
• Enters quantities into Operations Complete when required.
• All employees ensure quality to meet customer satisfaction.
• Disassemble, repair and reassemble units in certified operations.
